the Technical University of Kenya (TUK) in collaboration with the Diabesity Nutrition
Centre (DNC).
Carbo AI is designed to help users understand the carbohydrate content of meals through
image recognition technology, support healthier food choices, and provide educational
insights for diabetes and lifestyle management.
